 I am really excited to be able to share this website with my students and parents! I have been teaching 1st grade at Navy Point for the last 4 years. I have been part of the Navy Point family now for 4 1/2 years. I started my student teaching here and haven't been able to leave since.
I graduated from the University of West Florida with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I also have a Reading and ESOL endorsement. I grew up in a military family, so I have had the opportunity to travel around the world. My husband, William, and I live in the Pensacola with our son Will. He was born Feb. 1, 2012. I also have four shih tzu dogs: Lilee, Gracee, LeBron, and Chloee. I feel blessed everyday to work with your children! I believe every child's learning is unique and individual. It is important to treat all students with respect and guidance as I help them be in charge of their learning and have fun along the way! I look forward to having a great year growing together! |
